Exercises during pregnancy

Explore the safe instructions for the entire duration of pregnancy. The instructions consist of four warm-up exercises, four muscle-strengthening exercises, and two stretching exercises.

Exercises for mom and baby

Explore the exercises that are suitable about two months after delivery, once your baby has learned to hold his/her head up. The instructions include three warm-up exercises, four muscle-strengthening exercises, and two stretching exercises.
